Safe isolation of the electrical supply to enable fault finding investigation, very carefully removing the signage cover and discovering a faulty section of the neon tube. Remove faulty section and arrange the production of an identical section. Returned to site and carefully reconnected the new section. Energise and test to ensure correct operation and refit signage cover.
